Thanks to some wonderful work being put in to the Quote bank, there are now two sections being worked on!
The Hobbit (With quotes being taken from the 1999 HarperCollinsPublisher edition) and The Silmarillion (With quotes being taken from the 1977 Houghton Mifflin edition!)
Right now the quotebank is not complete and is still being worked and will only be available to registered members of inaholeintheground.com. Registration is free, and who knows you might find something else fun to do while you search for quotes.
Members may also suggest quotes to be added to the articles in the forum themselves!

Well we officially have our first RPG up and running! And already it has it's first post! It is your basic group up and hack and slash RPG for those of you that haven't done and RPing in a while in order to shake off the dust and rust. Is a dangerous thing. That was something a hobbit once said. And we've started taking that step now. As you can see the start of the forums is up... Right now there is just the welcome and suggestion area. As well as PMs. Everything is a bit off right now, but it's quickly shaping up as you can see, despite having left our pocket-handkerchiefs at home. However for the next week or so I would not suggest starting anything too in depth as there may be a few explosions and a forum implosion or two while we tweak and work.... However, there is a daily back up for the site. So for those of you that are interested in an adventure feel free to sign up and start posting and looking for glitches (besides the fact that the images suck and or are broken I haven't made new ones yet They will get better as well the avatars. I promise Really.) |
